3. Protective Measures for Children

Given the nature of our platform involving foster care recruitment, we have a zero-tolerance policy for:

Any content that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm children.
Any attempt to identify or contact looked-after children outside of formal, regulated processes.
Sharing of any sensitive data regarding foster placements in public areas of the site.

4. Suspension and Termination

Failure to comply with this policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
Immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site.
Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis.
Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
